Group Pilates & Fascia Classes

  • Move Your Fascia

    A fascia-focused movement class

Move Your Fascia is a gentle, progressive movement class designed to improve fascial hydration, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

Fascia is the connective tissue that supports your muscles, joints, nerves, and lymphatic system. When it becomes dehydrated or restricted — often from stress, repetitive movement, injury, or inactivity — it can contribute to chronic tension, stiffness, swelling, pain, fatigue, and a feeling of being “stuck” in your body.

This class uses slow, intentional, multi-directional movement to help restore glide and elasticity to the fascia. Techniques include massage balls, foam rollers, gentle bouncing, fascial flossing, stretch–release and contract–release methods.

This is not a workout focused on effort or performance. The emphasis is on ease, awareness, and giving your tissues the right input to soften and adapt.

Suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and more comfortable in your body — with tools you can use at home to support ongoing change.

Class size limited to 8 participants.

    Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm

  • Mat Pilates + MFR

    Functional Movement & Myofascial Release

This Mat Pilates class is designed to support functional, intelligent movement that translates directly into everyday life. We focus on building deep core strength, improving posture, and increasing mobility and stability, so your body feels strong, supported, and adaptable — not stiff or overworked.

Classes incorporate traditional Pilates principles alongside myofascial release techniques and the use of props (such as balls and rollers). This combination helps to hydrate the fascial system, improve tissue glide, and increase range of motion, allowing strength and mobility to develop together.

The work is progressive and mindful, creating space for your body to respond, adapt, and reorganise. Over time, this supports better movement efficiency, reduced tension, and greater ease in daily activities — from sitting and standing, to lifting, walking, and playing.

Whether you are an athlete, movement enthusiast, spend lots of time sitting at a desk, have chronic muscle tension, are rehab-ing from an injury, this is for you!

Places are limited to 10 participants and classes are very popular — booking ahead is recommended.
